  Glad that I brought my own cleaning supplies, really wish that I brought more. Not happy with any part of the stay aside from the town it was in. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone other than an enemy. Maintenance (indoor & outdoor), Cleanliness, Tastefulness & Honesty all lacking severely. Was hoping to relax in our Couples Jacuzzi tub and go for a dip in the outdoor pool. After cleaning the one-person jet-tub it was still a bit too questionable to be completely comfortable & the pool was actually green, throughout our 3 day stay we did not see a single person brave enough to take a swim. Was completely over priced and although things were not working or clean, problems throughout, staff unavailable or untrained to repair, even after the problems and my wife making a formal complaint we were not offered any type of compensation, merely a shoulder shrug and told it was a 'one off' as they typically have raving reviews -- bull. More in depth review to come from the wifes account -- she's taking a bit more time to collect herself after such a horrible and disappointing experience. Many photos were taken, a few of my favourites are included. EDIT: While it's stated in their reply that they knew nothing until we left (and that the only apparent issue was cleanliness), complaints were made with 2 separate staff members our first evening, and a third the next morning before it was clear nothing would be done to rectify our experience. Between the night desk staffer, cleaning staffer and maintainance staffer, we had made complaints in regards to the lack cleanliness, lack of lighting, swarms of bugs, warm fridge (on arrival) and the TV not working (was actually just incorrectly set up), lack of staff training, and more I'm sure, and were barely met with shrugs. I also find it quite telling that in their response they stand by their maintenance and cleaning staff while very clearly being able to see the evidence to the contrary in the clear colour photos that I have provided them with. My wife is still so disappointed after going into our first trip in nearly 3 years expecting a low-tier Resort & Spa and getting a classic RV Park-style Motel that she can't yet bring herself to write a review.
